Boot Camp is macOS Mojave’s built-in technology that allows you to run Microsoft Windows 10 and (on some Mac models) Windows 7 or 8 on Mojave–capable Macs. If your Mac meets the following requirements, you can run Windows on your Mac (if you so desire):

• One is via Install Mojave App where you can directly download from Mac App Store. This option is not available on Mac with a new version of macOS that is newer than Mojave. The other installation media is via Mojave dmg file, which contacts all the files and boot information for installing macOS Mojave in a compressed structure.
• Installing Windows 10 on a 2018 Mac mini running macOS Mojave is simple using Boot Camp Assistant. In this tutorial, we show you how to download the Windows.

When it fails quit Bootcamp before it tries to roll back the failed install. This will leave the Windows partition complete with the files needed for the install. Reboot the Mac holding down the Option key then select the Windows partition. The Mac will then boot into the windows installer and the install will complete. Download and install 7-Zip. • A Mojave–capable Mac (of course)
• A hard drive that isn’t already partitioned
• (Optional) A printer (for printing the instructions)

It’s optional ‘cause you could just email them to yourself … .

• A full install copy of Microsoft Windows 7 or newer (Windows 8 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate edition or Windows 10)

You really do need a full retail copy of Windows: one that was purchased in a retail box. If your copy of Windows came with your PC, you probably can’t install it in Boot Camp.

To install Windows on your Mac, here are the basic steps:

1. Launch the Boot Camp Assistant application, which is in your Utilities folder.
   This step creates a partition on your hard drive for your Windows installation.
2. Install Windows on the new partition.
   From now on, you can hold down Option during startup and choose to start up from either the macOS Mojave disk partition or the new Windows partition.

If running Windows on your Mac appeals to you, you may want to check out Parallels Desktop (around $80) or VirtualBox (free). Both programs allow you to run Windows — even older versions like XP and Vista — as well as Linux on your Mac without partitioning your hard drive or restarting every time you want to use Windows. In fact, you can run Mac and Windows programs simultaneously with these products.

One last thing: Apple has a special Boot Camp support page on the web.

So, as many Mac Pro users have learned, Mojave requires the boot drive file system to be formatted as APFS and the installer converts it to such (want it or not). If you try to force any variation of HFS+ for the Mojave boot drive, no updates will ever be possible on this drive through the Software Update mechanisms.

After Windows Legacy is installed;

Install Boot Camp For Mac Mojave 10.14

1. Install BC drivers for cMP 5,1
2. Download brigadier-0.2.4.zip and extract the exe file.
3. Open CMD as Administrator & navigate to the folder with brigadier.exe
4. Execute (from command line) brigadier.exe -m iMac Pro1,1
5. Wait for download to finish, this will be the BC6.1 drivers
6. Navigate to the BootCamp/Drivers/Apple/
7. Run the command msiexec /i bootcamp.msi
8. Reboot when install is finished
